With pride and joy, we celebrate Agustín’s achievementWith pride and joy, we celebrate the achievement of Agustín, a Year 1 student at our CPV Peñalolén school, who made his mark at the 2025 National School Chess Championship Odd Categories, held from 23 to 25 May at the Lo Prado Municipal Gymnasium.In a tournament that brought together 291 athletes from across the country, Agustín demonstrated not only his talent, but also his passion, concentration and discipline, achieving an outstanding 5th place in the Under-7 category. This result fills us with pride and encourages us to continue supporting our students in the development of their skills and dreams.This championship, the prelude to the 2025 South American Chess Championship Odd Category, which will take place in Temuco from 30 June to 6 July, was a true celebration of this sporting science, highlighting the ability of even the youngest participants to take on great challenges with courage and a competitive spirit.We congratulate Agustín on his dedication and commitment! His enthusiasm and perseverance inspire us all to give our very best, both on and off the board.Well done, Agustín! 🌟👏 We are certain this is only the beginning of many more successes to come.
