The commitment, effort and dedication of our students are a constant source of pride, and at Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén we understand that their growth extends far beyond the classroom. For this reason, every challenge is supported, and families are accompanied throughout this journey of holistic development. On this occasion, we celebrate the performance of four talented skaters from the Senior School, who represented our school with distinction at the 2025 America’s Cup, the first competition of the year in the international World Skate circuit, held in Orlando, Florida, from 19 to 23 January 2025.Faced with an exceptionally demanding level of competition and competing against leading artistic skaters from around the world, our students delivered an outstanding performance on the rink, achieving excellent results across different categories:Outstanding results:Martina Aguilera Estrada (Year 11 B) - 2nd place in Youth Basic Free SkatingPaula Rodríguez Cantillán (Year 11 C) - 3rd place in Youth Basic Free Skating and 3rd place in Youth Intermediate Solo DanceLaura Pérez Osorio (Year 10 E) - 3rd place in Cadet Basic Free Skating and 4th place in Cadet Basic Solo DanceIsabella Cabezas Infante (Year 10 E) - 4th place in Developmental Cadet Free SkatingBeyond these recognitions, this achievement reflects the effort, perseverance and passion that each of our students has devoted to her training, showing that great goals can be achieved through dedication and discipline.
