At Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén, a deep belief is placed in the holistic development of our students!

At Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén, a deep belief is placed in the holistic development of our students, and it fills us with pride to see our Valdivian students taking their talents beyond the classroom.

In this spirit, a group of students has been selected by Mr Víctor Flores to join the Dojo Kwappo Karate-Do Macul, a space where this noble discipline is not only practised, but where essential values such as respect, perseverance, teamwork and camaraderie have also been strengthened.

Through the school’s ongoing support, which promotes sport as a valuable tool for personal development, these students have been able to balance their studies with the demands of training and competition, standing out for their effort, commitment and dedication.

Throughout this year, the students have taken part in two important tournaments, where they shone both on and off the tatami. Even those who did not compete were there to support their classmates, strengthening a collective spirit that reflects the very best of our school community.

Our warmest congratulations go to:

  • Ignacio (2°F)
  • Javier (3°B)
  • Isabella (4°B)
  • Maria Alessia (4°B)
  • Luis (4°B)
  • Valentina (4°D)
  • Constanza (5°F)
  • Sofía (6°A)
  • Dante (6°D)
  • Juan (6°F)

Through karate, a powerful example has been given that discipline, consistent effort and mutual support are values that are also nurtured within our school.Thank you for representing CPV Peñalolén with such pride!
