With a sense of pride, excitement and gratitude, Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén celebrates news that brings great joy to the entire school community: Martina, a student in Year 11 B, has been officially selected to join Team Chile for the 4th South American Roller Sports Games, representing our country in Artistic Skating, Dance category.This outstanding competition will take place from 4 to 10 August in the city of Venancio Aires, Brazil, bringing together the leading athletes from across South America. Martina, who began her journey in skating at the age of six, has shown that passion, consistency and disciplined hard work can lead to the fulfilment of great ambitions.This achievement represents not only an important sporting milestone in her career, but also a powerful example of balance and commitment. Thanks to the High-Performance Athlete Support Protocol introduced by the school last year, Martina has been able to balance her elite-level training with her academic studies in an exemplary way, while also benefiting from the guidance of her Miss Jefe and the constant support of the school community.From CPV Peñalolén, all our affection and positive energy are with Martina as she begins this new chapter.
