At Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén, we understand that the first years of school life are key to the well-rounded development of our students. That is why, in Playgroup, we offer an educational approach that combines play, emotional support and academic learning in a bilingual environment.

From their very first classroom experiences, our boys and girls are naturally immersed in the English language, incorporating it into their daily routines through activities specially designed for this stage of development. During Circle Time, our students actively interact in English with their teachers, identifying concepts, geometric shapes, animals, colours and elements from their immediate surroundings. This methodology not only stimulates verbal language, but also comprehension, association and logical thinking.

Learning a second language at an early age strengthens brain plasticity, improves attention span and reinforces children’s confidence when communicating in different contexts. At the same time, it fosters curiosity, creativity and socialisation, which are fundamental pillars at this stage.

At Playgroup CPV Peñalolén, we provide a space where every boy and girl can fully develop their cognitive, emotional and linguistic abilities in an environment of trust, respect and care. Our commitment is to support them with excellence and dedication at every step of this wonderful beginning.
