Students from Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén were welcomed by our Principal following their participation in the Spelling Bee organized by the English Speaking Union (ESU)—an event that brings together schools from across Chile to test their English language skills.

In recognition of their commitment and dedication, our Principal met with the students who represented Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén in the English Speaking Union (ESU) Spelling Bee, a major competition involving over 50 schools nationwide.

Participating in this challenge is the result of a preparation process that begins with internal school activities and continues through consistent study, practice, and perseverance. Each of our representatives approached this challenge with responsibility, focus, and enthusiasm, demonstrating the distinctive qualities that characterize our students.

As a member school of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), we promote multilingualism as a fundamental pillar of our educational approach. Participating in competitions like this strengthens English language learning while simultaneously developing skills such as confidence, resilience, and the ability to communicate in an international context.
